By popular demand we sharing the Relentless Clan and their new homes. We were fortunate to find good homes and owners (families) for all of them. All the puppies are thriving and I wanted to share their stories….
Ragnar (call name “True”) picked out his new home by snuggling with our dear friend and puppy sitter. I think she slipped him a few extra bottles during her watch and I’ve heard he is now a momma’s boy. He is really enjoying his new playmates, a golden retriever and kitty cat. The good news is they live nearby and we are looking forward to play dates and had a great one this past Sunday. If they show up at our door now we could have our own “Incredible Journey”. (The old Disney movie.)
Roar (call name “Rigby”) moved to the San Francisco peninsula and is filling the space left behind from their former Bernese mountain dog. He is getting plenty of love from the kids as you can see from the pictures. He is the fun loving energetic boy of the litter and is enjoying training his new “mom” and playing with their teenagers and all the kids in the neighborhood. He is a lucky boy because he gets to spend the summer with his new older “sister” before she heads off to college in Colorado in the fall and next fall it will just be his older human brother and him.
Runa (call name “Summit”) moved to a wonderful family in Texas and is enjoying her new bull dog companion and the love of her new owners. She is now the official “yellow rose of Texas” (in the spirit of her yellow puppy collar). When we sent her to Texas, the airline had the wrong airline # and when she didn’t arrive on time we were all in a panic. Luckily she was just on the next flight and slept through it all…talk about me getting worked up. We will be seeing her in Aspen over the summer and can’t wait!
Rona (call name “Lily”) moved to Tuolumne and was the hit at the St. Patrick’s Day parade. She is co-owned by Beowulf’s owner and is destined for stardom on the show circuit. She is a sweet loving girl and is enjoying the other Berners in the family.
Rosy (call name “Rosie”) stayed nearby and went to a couple that loves animals. They shared how much she has brighten their home which makes it extra special to me. The grand kids have taken special interest and help keep Rosie entertained. We learned that she is already potty trained…she was always the smartest of the litter. She was also here for the playdate on Sunday and was running and tackling the boys just like old times.
Rasmus (call name “Rex”) move to New Mexico to another family that loves animals. He has already met the horses and is playing with their other dogs, the Rottweiler’s of the family. They were so nice to drive up and pick up Rasmus. He turned out to be a great road warrior and never complained the whole way home. He was the last to go and it was really hard but we love his new family and look forward to seeing him soon.
Reka and Rhett are doing well and slowly adjusting to having just each other. Rhett cross the 30 lb. mark keeping up his reputation as big red (Rhett). Reka loves to pounce on Rhett when he is not looking and Rhett gets back by laying on her. Quite the dynamic duo. They seem to be settling in with all the older dogs and finding they place. They will be hitting the show circuit during the late summer and we are looking forward to sharing them with the other Berner families.
We love them all so much and look forward to seeing them grow up with their wonderful families. Please continue to share pictures and keep up to date on all the accomplishments and milestones throughout their lives.
Hugs and Kisses from Momma 2 of the Relentless Ranch.
